"Eat Your Vegetables!" But make this delicious veggie dip first!
It's perfect for all of your favorite fresh-cut vegetables. It's also an excellent way to get your little ones to eat more of them!
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 cup non-dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
