Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are the perfect addition to your next party! They also make a delicious snack when craving something a little spicier.

The Cauliflower

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
Oil spray or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4 cup of non-dairy milk
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper

The Buffalo Sauce

1/2 cup hot pepper sauce, like Frank's
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
1 tablespoon Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Heat your oven to 450°.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Chop your cauliflower into florets, then spray or toss the florets with the oil.

Whisk the milk, flour, baking powder, and seasonings in a large bowl to create a smooth batter. Add the cauliflower florets and gently toss to coat all the pieces. Allow any excess batter to drip off, placing the cauliflower in a single layer onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, turning halfway through.

Meanwhile, make the buffalo sauce:

Combine the hot sauce, vinegar, butter, Worcestershire, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Stir until combined and set aside.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it into the bowl with the sauce. Gently toss to coat all of the pieces. Place the cauliflower back onto the baking sheet and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes.

Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature along with celery, cucumber, and carrot sticks and our delicious Vegetable Dip.
