Kids and adults alike are going to love this Mummy Pizza! Perfect for Halloween, it's a deliciously fun meal or appetizer, from making to serving to gobbling them down.

This recipe has a few variations, so pick the one that works for you!

Here's what you'll need:

One can of Pillsbury Classic Pizza Dough, or if you're feeling extra motivated, you can always make a batch of vegan pizza dough. **Or see below for a super easy shortcut!
2 cups super easy to make pizza sauce sauce
Toppings: use small-cut veggies, vegan deli slices, chopped vegan chorizo, vegan bacon, etc.
6 to 8 slices of vegan mozzarella cut into 1/2-inch strips
small can of black olive slices

Preheat the oven to 425°. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare your pizza sauce and allow it to cool slightly while you prep the rest.

Next, place whatever toppings you plan to use in an assembly line fashion, ending with the cheese strips.

Prepare a large, flat surface by sprinkling a little semolina flour (or regular flour) to prevent the dough from sticking.

Roll your prepared pizza dough out to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness. Next, use a round biscuit cutter to cut out 9 to 12 pieces of dough. (The exact amount will depend on the size of your biscuit cutter.

Place the dough on the baking sheet and add a couple of tablespoons of sauce to each, spreading it evenly. Add your other toppings, and finish by crisscrossing 4 to 5 cheese strips over the top. Place two olive slices at the top, tucking the edges under the cheese slightly so they stay in place.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the underside is golden and crispy and the cheese has melted.

** For a super easy shortcut, use English muffins for this recipe. First, read the ingredients to ensure they are vegan - many are! Then, reduce the time in the oven to 8 to 10 minutes or just until the cheese melts.

Enjoy!
