Serving up a variety of fresh fruits and berries is always a delicious and welcome addition to your table! Adding a dollop of vegan whipped cream or yogurt to each serving makes this sweet dessert even sweeter!
If you can get them at other times of the year, or year-round, that's even better!
4 cups watermelon, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 cups strawberries, quartered
1 cup kiwi, sliced
1 cup blueberries
Rinse the fruit and berries, and prepare the fruit as listed above.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Serve chilled.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
