Smoothie Bowls know no boundaries! You can start with any frozen fruit, then add berries, nut butter, seeds, or whatever you like. There are endless possibilities!
For this one, we kept it super simple. And super delicious!
1/2 cup chilled coconut water
2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
Place everything into a high-speed blender and blend at high speed until creamy and smooth; about a minute.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with flaxseed, chopped peanuts, or granola.
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
