If every day started with a Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Smoothie, the world would be a much sweeter place!
1 cup chilled vanilla soy milk
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled, seeded, and halved
1 banana, diced
Pour chilled soy milk into the blender and add strawberries, kiwi, and banana, and blend at high speed until smooth.
Note: Kiwi is delicious in smoothies, but their tiny black seeds can become bitter when ground in a blender, so we recommend removing them before blending, or if you don't want to go to the trouble of removing them, use a food processor instead.
