Basic Hot Chocolate Recipe:
4 cups non-dairy milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar to a medium saucepan. Heat over medium/medium-low heat, whisking frequently until warm (but not bubbling). Add the chocolate chips and whisk until the chocolate chips melt and are well combined with the milk. Whisk in the vanilla extract. Top with vegan whipped cream, Vegan Marshmallows, and a few chocolate shavings for an even more delicious and pretty presentation.
