Every holiday table deserves this homemade spiced cranberry sauce. It's delicious!
1 16-ounce package raw cranberries, rinsed
1 1/2 cups raw turbinado sugar or granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice
3/8 cup apple cider vinegar
Combine all of the above ingredients in a large kettle. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil vigorously until all berries pop, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Pour while hot into tempered and sterilized heat-proof canning jars and cover with lid. Cool to almost room temperature before refrigerating.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 7 to 10 days.
