Some of the best dishes start in the frozen foods aisle of your local grocery store. All it means is that someone else has done most, if not all, of the prep work for you. That's the case with these frozen potatoes. No one will be the wiser, and better still, no one will care once they've tasted how good they are!

One package frozen thick-cut or 'steak' fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
sea salt

Bake the potatoes in the oven according to the package directions, removing them 3 to 5 minutes early.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and fresh rosemary.

Gently toss until the rosemary is aromatic and a few potatoes begin to brown, giving them more flavor and a slightly rustic look.

Add sea salt to taste, give a final toss, and plate them to serve.

Serve as is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
