Chocolate Coconut Nutty Bars are as unique as they sound. Light, sweet, chocolatey, coconutty, and crazy delicious! You have to try these!
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) vegan butter, melted
2 cups non-dairy sweetened condensed milk
12-ounce bag vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 2/3 cups flaked sweetened coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted vegan butter. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust. Pour the non-dairy-sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped walnuts. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the condensed milk, and press down gently—Bake for 25 minutes. Allow the pan to cool before chilling in the refrigerator. Chill overnight if possible or for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
Makes approximately 24 bars.
