1 cup chilled coconut water
1/2 cup plain vegan yogurt
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
1/2 frozen banana
Pour the chilled coconut water into a blender. Add the yogurt, cherries, and banana.
Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy! Garnish with a sprinkle of chia or a slice of lemon.
