Spicy Peanut Ramen is a delicious, easy-to-make dish that comes together quickly and has tons of flavor!

10 ounces of ramen noodles
1/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons warm water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon agave
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (more or less to taste)
1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced small
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 green onions, green and white parts thinly sliced
3 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges

Cook the ramen noodles as instructed on the package.

Meanwhile, add the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, agave, and chili garlic sauce in a large bowl. Whisk until well blended.

Strain the ramen noodles and add them to the peanut butter mixture. Toss in the cucumber, bell pepper, and onion.

Toss and stir the noodles using a pair of tongs until everything is well combined.

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and top each serving with a wedge of lime.
