We love any pasta, especially when tossed with a delicious sauce like this one. It's simple, it's easy, and it's ready in under thirty minutes!
12 ounces spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons agave
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha (or other hot chili sauce)
3 large cloves of garlic, minced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, whisk the soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, agave, vinegar, sriracha, and garlic in a bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Strain the noodles and return them to the pot. Pour the sauce over the warm noodles immediately and toss to coat.
Serve in individual portions and garnish with green onions and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
