1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
non-dairy milk, as needed
Combine and mix the above ingredients until smooth.
Use the liquid from any of the following ingredients to add color to your icing naturally:
Beets/beetroot (boiled or juiced)
Carrots, boiled or juiced
Golden beets (they impart a very dark yellow color - almost brown!)
