Broccoli Salad is super easy to toss together. And with only a few ingredients, you'll have the most perfect and delicious salad in no time!
4 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cups red grapes, halved
1/2 cup craisins, roughly chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup red onion, small dice
Dressing
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Agave nectar or 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
pinch of salt & pepper
Cut the head of broccoli into flowerets and then into bite-size pieces—place in a large mixing bowl. Add the grapes, craisins, almonds, and red onion.
Next, whisk the vegan mayo, vinegar, agave nectar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Add the mixture to the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate any leftovers and enjoy within 3 to 5 days.
