Apple cider vinegar makes a delicious base for this vinaigrette, and it has a ton of health benefits. Not only is it good for your digestion, but it's also good for your skin and immune system.

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt
freshly ground pepper (optional)

Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.

While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Store unused portion in a Salad Dressing Bottle. Refrigerate and enjoy within 7 - 10 days.
