Sam Turnbull, like many of us, is a carnivore turned vegan. She was raised in a family of foodies, chefs, hunters, and butchers, and although she loved her animals, it took her some time (and a couple of well-known documentaries and books) to make the connection between her pets and her plate.
She put all of her knowledge and her passion for veganism and cooking together and wrote not one, not two, but three cookbooks, where she shares her love of vegan cooking with us all. (How lucky are we?)
