We're all about getting into the kitchen and rolling up our sleeves, but there are times when the convenience of having the work done for you is a welcome change. And when it's this delicious, everyone's happy!

Pairing a plate full of fresh, crisp greens with Nate's Classic Flavor Meatless Meatballs is a match made in heaven.

Here's how we did it:

4 - 6 cups fresh greens of choice
1 cup of cherry or grape tomatoes
1/3 cup thinly sliced radishes
1 tablespoon good extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 package of Nate's Classic Flavor Meatless Meatballs

To serve 'family-style,' add your greens to a large bowl along with the tomatoes and sliced radishes (feel free to add any other veggies you like). Toss gently with olive oil.

Cook the meatballs according to the package directions. These meatballs are delicious on their own, but if you want to change up the flavor, add a little vegan Worcestershire, tamari, or teriyaki sauce toward the end of the cooking process to coat the meatballs.

Allow the meatballs to cool slightly before placing them on top of the greens.

Serve immediately with a beautiful crusty loaf of bread for a deliciously satisfying meal everyone will love.
