Veggie Wraps are perfect for picnics, weekday lunches, and anytime snacks. Here's what makes this wrap one of our favorites.

6 to 8 flour tortilla wraps
2/3 cup lemony hummus
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
10 to 12 ounces fresh spinach leaves
1 ripe avocado, seeded, thinly sliced
10 to 12 baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
1 cup of clover or other sprouts

Heat the tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave or place them over an open flame on your stove for a few seconds if possible. Allow them to cool slightly before assembling.

To assemble, spread a couple of tablespoons over the tortilla, then place a few pieces of each vegetable across the center.

Fold the bottom of the tortilla just over the vegetables, then fold the side of the tortilla in half. Next, roll the tortilla in half again.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Creating a delicious wrap is as simple as adding the ingredients you love. So go ahead, get creative. It'll be delicious!
